Chiffon cakes and swiss rolls

These chiffon cakes are like nothing you’ve ever had before. Its soft and fluffy texture makes indulging a little less sinful. It comes in several flavours – but my speciality is the Pandan chiffon cake which is bound to make you feel nostalgia.

Adding a new twist to my chiffon cakes! These fluffy chiffon swiss rolls with fresh cream makes it the perfect dessert as the weather warms up for summer.


Roasted black sesame swiss rolls

If you are a fan of black sesame, then you will fall in love with this cake. It’s like a Japanese cake with delicious fresh black sesame cream rolled onto it. Best served chilled with a cup of tea.

Chiffon swiss rolls with fresh fruits

This fluffy chiffon swiss roll is made by spreading fresh cream over the chiffon cake. Fresh fruits such as oranges, kiwis and strawberries are laid out on the fresh cream before rolling the cake into a swiss roll. Best served chilled.

Pandan chiffon cake

Pandan (also known as Screwpine) is a tropical plant which leaves are commonly used for cooking and baking in Southeast Asia. It gives off an aroma that enhances the taste and flavour of foods. Pandan chiffon cake is a common snack in Southeast Asia that I ate growing up in Singapore. This light and fluffy chiffon cake combines the fragrance of pandan leaves and coconut milk and makes you crave for more!
